Our name, our promise
Umufasha means “helper.”
UMUFASHA SMARTFARMS is headquartered in Rwanda — a country with a vibrant agritech ecosystem and an ambitious agricultural transformation agenda. We are building the digital infrastructure that smallholder and commercial livestock farmers need to compete, grow, and thrive.
Our name — Umufasha, meaning "helper" in Kinyarwanda — reflects our mission: to be the trusted partner that stands with every farmer, every day.
